PBnJ Solutions has a steady stream of short- and long-term contracts for the installation and configuration of storage solutions from all the major vendors such as EMC, HP, IBM, Hitachi, etc.
Applicants should be knowledgeable in SAN/NAS design concepts and have demonstrated System Administration abilities on either the Windows or Un*x platforms. Familiarity with backup solutions from one or more of the major vendors like Symantec (Backup Exec, NetBackup), CA (BrightStor) or IBM (Tivoli Storage Manager) preferred.
Typically consisting of racking and stacking equipment, applying base configurations and integrating storage solutions into existing infrastructure, these assignments vary from 2 days to 2 weeks in length. |
