It has been 4 years since I last looked at the grades the Federal Government assigned itself for its security efforts. Since then the original 2003 report has disappeared but a PDF with the 2007 grades at least references all grades since 2003 or so. The news is not much better unfortunately with especially depressing results for the Department of Defense and Homeland Security. How these grades are computed is still a black box so maybe, just maybe, these departments hold themselves to a higher standard? Once can only hope!
